InMath 1.8.1
InMath 1.8.1 Ranking & Summary
InMath 1.8.1 description
InMath 1.8.1 will not make you disappointed because it is considered as the plug-in for real mathematical typesetting within InDesign CS and InCopy CS.
It depicts mathematical expressions solely by means of their text editor - no external data, expecially no graphic data is involved at all. InMath allows the user to configure any settings and manage them as "InMath Styles", analogous to paragraph styles and character styles.
Hence, InMath can be used instantly because InMath Styles work like these well-known styles. Documents created with InMath can be opened and printed out without InMath being present as well. An InMath evaluation package can be requested from i.t.i.p.'s website www.itip.biz.
Unlike so-called equation editors, InMath depicts mathematical expressions solely using characters. No graphical element, no anchored or linked frame is needed. InMath stores and manages all settings as "styles", just like e.g. character styles.
InMath has spread all over the world. On all five continents, publishing houses, vendors, freelancers, universities publish their mathematical equations with InMath and InDesign/InCopy. InMath has been certified for use within a number of editorial systems like K4, SmartConnection Enterprise, Doris32, TrueEdit and more.
Enhancements:
- It fixes an InDesign crash under special circumstances, if an InMath expression is at the very end of a story;
- It fixes an InDesign crash if parts of an InMath expression is converted to a note;
- Some internal improvements.
- "Load InMath Styles" allows to load styles from an InDesign template (.INDT) as well.
