FinLease is an advanced equipment lease calculator that enables you to set up and calculate complex leases quickly and easily. Its flexible options let you structure a lease in such a way that almost any situation can be covered.
General options payments can be deferred for 0, 30, 60 or 90 daysu se compounding frequencies ranging from annually to daily use payment frequencies ranging from annually to monthly specify points.

Payment options
- one, two, three advance payments, no advance payment, or a percentage of equipment cost as advance payment
- up to 12 groups of 12 step up payments, either as a percentage of regular payments, a fixed amount or interest only
- seasonal payments for up to 6 non-consecutive months as a percentage of regular payments, a fixed amount or interest only
- up to 12 groups of 12 step down payments, either as a percentage of regular payments, a fixed amount or interest only
- residual payment, either as a percentage of equipment cost or as a fixed amount, occuring on the normal end date, on the last payment date or one month after the last payment date.
Version restrictions:
- You can try it out with lease costs varying from 1.000 to 1.0000. When you register, this limitation will be removed and the program will calculate for leases up to 100.000.000.
Enhancements:
- added the possibility to omit the nominal annual rate and the compounding frequency in printouts
- added the possibility to save a lease as an editable FinFlow file
- the current date can now be entered by pressing Command-hypen
- results can now be saved as Microsoft Word or Excel documents
- schedule data and details can now be copied, dragged and dropped
- fixed a number of cosmetic bugs.
