WebScripter is an integrated development environment (IDE) created specifically for enabling a more productive and manageable working experience under Mac OS X while coding under web-based languages. Currently WebScripter focuses exclusively on PHP and Perl scripting with powerful HTML features combined in both.
IDE WebScripter provides the user with a collection of features that are central to the process of web development offering in the same time a GUI which promotes the efficiency of managing large and complex projects or files.

Using a powerful syntax parser, advanced macros to minimize repetitive tasks, code completion amongst others WebScripter helps you write faster and more readable code than before.
- Work Remotely.
The built-in FTP client lets you manage your web sites remote content and edit files directly on the server freeing you from switching around applications during testing cycles. For rapid testing on the web server you can upload all changed files in a single-click, known as publishing.
- Navigate Code Easier.
Because WebScripter compiles your projects it knows about all the symbols, where they are and where they came from. This means that you can navigate and identify parts of code with more efficiency and less headache.
- Manage Multi-File Projects.
Programming rarely involves exclusively editing single files so WebScripter helps you manage and organize groups of files as projects. Each project maintains a unique structure and settings so you can customize the way the files work together for their intended purpose.
- Test With Ease.
WebScripter lets you execute scripts like from the command line and preview the output, simulate user input, debug errors and features a built-in pseudo terminal for testing. When developing HTML files and viewing script output an array of options are available to make previewing for testing a one-click operation.

Version restrictions:
- The maximum allowed file size which can be saved is fixed at 60 lines.
- 15 days trial.
