Major Features:

1. Structure101 for Java works by parsing the compiled bytecode (.class files), typically packaged as jars (Java archives). 
2. Structure101 for Java doesn't require access to the source code and it doesn't need complete class paths (e.g. third party libraries).
3. You can point it at any jar file (or classes directory) without the overhead that would be required to load the project into an IDE or indeed to run it as an application.
4. In general, the fidelity of the bytecode parsing is extremely high. However, there are one or two small issues with bytecode parsing that you might want to be aware of.
5. An important aspect of Structure101 for Java is that it is based on a J2SE (single VM) view of the world. There is no in-built support for reading J2EE archives (ears, wars, etc.), though this is possible with a bit of fiddling about.
