Aqua Data Studio 7.5.19

Aqua Data Studio 7.5.19 is an exciting and new software application that focuses on  providing three major areas of functionality: Database query and administration tool, a Suite of compare tools for databases, source control and file-systems and  a complete and integrated source control client for Subversion (SVN) and CVS.

1. Database IDE: The database query and administration tools allow developers to easily create, edit, and execute SQL scripts, as well as browse and visually modify database structures. Aqua Data Studio provides an integrated database environment with a consistent interface for all major relational databases. This allows the database administrator or developer to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously from a single application.
2. Compare Tools: The suite of compare tools in Aqua Data Studio allows you to view the differences of RDBMS servers, databases and schemas for database tasks with ease. You can further compare the differences of files, directory structures, source control files and full revisions.
3. Version Control: Integrated version control provides a complete client for Subversion and CVS repositories, allowing you to manage all source control repositories within one easy-to-use IDE using the Repository Browser.
4. Database Modeling: The Entity-Relationship Modeler vastly reduces development time and increases understanding of database schemas and relationships. You can create, explore, detail, and modify database schemas to create fully editable and scriptable diagrams of database relationships and objects.

Enhancements:

1. Memory Optimizations: Reduced Memory Footprint – now, Aqua Data Studio uses less memory(30% to 40% less) than previous versions at startup and when retrieving results of more than 65,000 rows.
   
2. New & Enhanced Editors:
   
   • New Java and JavaScript Editors – edit JavaScript and Java with syntax highlighting and all of the other features you get from Aqua Data Studio's HTML, SQL, XML and text editors.
   • Enhanced clipboard, Bookmarks, Find and Replace allow you to copy source code and keep its syntax highlighting, navigate through documents with user-defined bookmarks, as well as find and replace with escape characters.
3. ER Modeler Enhancements: The Entity-Relationship (ER) Modeler that is as powerful as even the best standalone database diagramming tools, now allows objects within an ER Model to be renamed. Relationship connectors can be rerouted within diagrams.
   
4. DBA Tools Enhancements:
   
   • The Storage Manager has been greatly enhanced for Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase and MySQL for tuning and monitoring of database storage. ADS 7.5 has enhanced views for Database Size, Table Size and Index Size. Now, DBAs can quickly visually evaluate storage issues for database tuning and performance enhancement.
   • The DBA Tools now allow you to save column positioning and width, keep filter settings between refreshes and quickly reconnect with the new reconnect button.
5. Nine New Languages (21 Total): Aqua Data Studio 7.5 now speaks 21 languages.
