AJT 2.0

AJT is a toolkit with utility classes written in Java that will help you handle some bioinformatics data, graphics file export, GUI widgets and more.
AJT covers classes that shouldve been added to the offical API ages ago, but are still not available. While many of these classes may seem trivial at first sight, they do significantly reduce the amount of plumbing you have to write in your Java programs.

Enhancements
- AJT 2.0 is restructured version of AJT 1.26.
- All code that is GPL contaminated is removed.
- Starting with release 2.0, AJT will be released under the LGPL 3 license.
- The only things that has been removed because it did not fit the new license is EPSGraphics support.
- The LGPL provides more freedom to use the library, which is more important.
