Turbo 1.1 description
Turbo widget allows you to toggle the CPU performance between Automatic and Highest.
This is accomplished by calling pmset, the command-line tool to modify power management settings.
Pmset requires administrative rights to run, so your administrator password has to be entered on the preferences side of the widget.
Enhancements:
- Enable support for Mac OS v10.4.3
- Replaced AppleScript code with JavaScript to remove the AppleScript warnings in v10.4.3
- Many thanks to Avi Flax for updating this version.
