TimeCache 6.0 offers a List Manager where you can quickly add, remove, edit, import and export list items for instant access when youre recording your time and expenses.

· TimeCache makes it easy to record charges in the Daily Log based on your listings. You can simply choose them from popup menus or start typing and let TimeCache complete your typing for you.

· When youre done entering time and expenses for the day, you post your entries to Job Sheets with a single menu command. Each project has its own Job Sheet. This is where you go to quickly review charges and see how youre doing against your Project estimate. Its handy for reporting your status to a client or pulling together the numbers for an estimate on a similar project. And, of course, for determining how much to bill your client.

· TimeCache 6.0s report capabilities let you view reports on-screen in a wide range of styles (date views, date range reports, single- and multi-project reports, single- and multi-project summaries). Theyre easy to customize to your liking. Once youve developed a style you like, you can save a report layout template to re-use that formatting at the click of a mouse. You can also print reports and export report data for use in other applications.

· TimeCache 6.0s powerful new invoicing feature extends the report functionality even further. You can quickly create invoices for any or all of the projects youre working on for a client. You can make adjustments to or delete entries from any invoice, and record payments to keep a running list of payables. You can use customizable color coding to see at a glance any problems with aging payments.

· Integrated with OS X. You can enter your time manually, or let TimeCache time you while you work. TimeCache also lets you import calendar events from iCal. While youre working in another application, you can stop and resume timing from a popup menu in the TimeCache Dock icon. You can add clients to TimeCache from OS Xs Address Book, and export TimeCache client listings to Address Book.
