Metes and Bounds 2.8.4 is a functional program which can turn Metes and Bounds data into a plot map. and calculates Square Feet, Acreage and Hectares. Furthermore, it can easily enter measurements in rods, chains, meters, yards, inches, fathoms, hands, spans or furlongs, auto-close a plot drawing if the final plot segment is missing, create custom labels, split a plot into multiple plots and supports multiple layers.
