• New Smart Group options:
• Smart Groups can now look forward in time as well as back – so you can make a “30 in 7″ duty limit that looks back 6 days and forward 24 hours for example
• User configurable color coding to warn when you approach limits
• Currency groups can now have “maximums” groups added to them to handle currencies that require a certain amount of one thing but no more then X of another. E.g. 3 hours total instrument, but no more then 1 hour simulated.
• Choose from several options for what data to display next to the group, instead of just Total Time you can choose from PIC Time, Landings, or a count of matching flights
• Importing of CSV files is now more robust.

• New Places system is much friendlier to helicopter and float plane pilots who fly to locations other than airports.
• New built in “places” database includes over 27,000 landing facilities including Hospitals, heliports, and seaplane bases.
• New Place picker lets you quickly search for an airport by ID, Name, City, State/Province, or Country! Just start typing in a From, To, or route field, then use the arrows to select and return when the one you want is highlighted (or double click on it). If you know the ID, you can just ignore the place picker type your id and tab to the next field.

• You can now use airport names if you prefer, or the general “identifier”.
• You can create navaids if you like to track your exact route for flights, and of course if you enter the lat/lon for your waypoints we will calculate the distance along your flown route.
• New keyboard short cut: tap space in any time field to autofill the total time.
• Numerous new custom fields allow you to track anything you can imagine!
• Commercial Operations
• Support for more complex pay tracking… track pay by Scheduled time, Total time, and duty time for each flight.
• Support for importing schedules from over 60 different airlines. Simply copy your schedule from your crew intranet, paste into the schedule import window in LogTen Pro and it automatically turns into scheduled flights! Sync with LogTen Mobile to take your schedule with you and just fill in the actual times and aircraft and your done!
• Much easier “person picker” lets you quickly search by name, id, or comment when adding a crew member and shows the matching onces so you know you’re picking the right one!
• Specify a default timezone to use for all flights (especially useful for airlines such as Southwest where all times are tracked in one timezone).

Enhancements:

• New Features
• • New Google Earth report that can show your routes if you entered multiple legs in the route field.
  • Along with this comes some new capabilities in reports that allow you to only display some text if a particular key has a value or not.
  • This would insert nothing in the report for flights with no time, but for any flight that did have time it would insert “My Text”.
  • You can also now access the first ten waypoints in your route as Place objects by using the keypath flight_waypoint1, flight_waypoint2, etc.
• Improvements
• • Greatly improved ICS (iCal) exporting now better handles flights with no times, or with actual times instead of scheduled times.
  • The full size versions of the ASA, Canadian, JAR Compliant, Jeppesen, and UK Cap reports now include route data in the “To” column if available.
  • Updated the ICAO id for WRSJ Surabaya to WARR, and WRLL to WALL.
  • Minor enhancement to how On Time Performance is shown in the table view. We now show late times as a positive number prefaced with a “+” to indicate it was additional time, and early times are shown as negative.
• Bug fixes
• • Default pay rates were not being set on new flights.
  • Setting the actual and scheduled IN times to the same value, could result in the “On Time” display showing an invalid result.
  • Early/late display was reversed so early flights were shown as “late” and late flights were shown as “early”.
