Loan Calc is a tool designed to calculate loan payments in a very simple way. Also it generates a full payments list from a start date and calculates total interest.
Loan Calc is currency-independent so it can be used with Dollars, Francs, Marks, Pounds,...or whatever you like. Just use a dot for decimals.

Loan Calc let you select both period and interest compounding from continuous (compounding only), weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annualy and also half-month, 4 weeks, 2 months and 4 months.
Furthermore Loan Calc allows you to save all the repayment list to a text file or an Excel sheet.

Enhancements
- [Upg] Last repayment is now rounded to avoid a negative final balance or a small pending amount.
- [Upg] It is now possible to set the term amount and get it used as is without rounding.
- [Fix] No more data loss when pressing the Cmd-W shortcut right after Cmd-S (or choosing the File>Save menu).
