IT Asset Inventory Manager 1.0.2

Productive Computing, Inc. introduces an IT Asset Inventory Management software solution for IT administrators, managers and business owners.
It is designed to assist small to medium sized organizations by providing a means to catalog their computer hardware, computer software, network users and various IT account information such as domain name control panel access, ftp/web site account information, e-mail account information, warrantee information, hardware service records, vendor web site account access information, and various administrator level hardware and software, username and password accounts.

Todays organizations have an incredible amount of capitol invested in computers and all of the things computers do. Much of it is organized and known by individual workers but is not documented or stored in a central location which can pose a serious problem for many mangers and company owners when it comes time to replace an employee, budget for new hardware and software upgrades or to project future IT costs. Additionally, this system will assist organizations to document their IT assets for insurance purposes in case of fire, theft, or natural disasters.

The IT Asset Management Inventory software aims to make organizations more productive and secure by providing a central database of IT asset information where managers and/or owners will have access to it and be able to know all there is to know about their IT infrastructure. This system is available for both FileMaker 5 and 6 users and a separate FileMaker 7/8 version (distributed as a single file) is also available for FileMaker 7/8 users.
