Investment Property Analyzer 1.0

I wrote the Investment Property Analyzer because as I was trying to analyze the potential for investments properties to make me money (cash flow). I was copying and pasting Excel worksheets and changing variables to see if the investment was right for me. After looking at 5 or 6 properties, this process of flipping back and forth between worksheets, etc. got too unwieldy.
The Investment Property Analyzer keeps all of your potential properties in a single location and makes it easy for you to see all of the important analysis information in one place.

- Includes a loan calculator and including an amortization schedule for your convenience.
Version restrictions:
- Demo version fully functional, but allows you to enter only two properties to analyze.
