One of us tried to set multiple alarms for all birthdays in iCal one day and couldnt... so we created Alarmist and thought it might be helpful.
The simple version is free. It sets alarms for ALL events in a calendar in ADDITION to alarms already there. Now TIGER compatible.You can also remove alarms.
For more choices theres an option to buy an unlock code via PayPal for E 3,47 (± $3.80 USD).
Main features:
- Set alarms for all events in a calendar with one click
- Set sounds,email or popups or ANY combination
- Delete alarms
- Set alarms for events matching a keyword
- Set "all-day-event" to indicate an event will take all day (like birthdays)
- Set BEFORE/AFTER event for alarms
- Set Days/hours
- Synchronize with Addressbook birthdays (Bypass the FAKE calendar from Apple)
- Set recurrency of events (make events happen every year)
- Set NO alarms but change events based on keyword.
Version restrictions:
- Free version can set alarms.
- Full version can synchronize, set various alarms and edit events based on keywords.
Enhancements:
- Adds symbian support and improved before/after setting.
