Hourglass is a PSP time tracking utility written in Java that allows you to track the time spent on various programming (or other) tasks, and provides reporting mechanisms for analyzing the use of your time.
Hourglass should work on any platform that has Java installed: Mac OS X, Linux, Windows, etc.

- CHANGE: forums and trackers are the preferred ways of communication.
- CHANGE: per default, Hourglass outputs debug information into ${user.home}/.hourglass/debug.log
- DEVELCHANGE: remove the acceptance/GUI tests which used outdated lib and didntbring much anyway.
- DEVELFIX: unit tests work again (target run.unit-tests in build.xml)
- NEW: French translation.
