ClickTime 6.1 description
ClickTime is an easy-to-use web timesheet system for billing, cost accounting, and payroll. Optional features include a expense tracking, timesheet approvals and vacation accruals.
ClickTime has a very intuitive interface, powerful reports, and hands-on customer service have earned high praise from customers like Target, Xerox, VISA & other businesses in 25+ countries. There is nothing to install; however, ClickTime offers a downloadable desktop application for both on and off-line entries.
The new XML export report option is accessible from the Miscellaneous report category. Employment Types and the People List Export report: The Employment Type settings for each person are now exported when running the People List Export report.
Preferred Time Entry View: You are able to select either the Daily or Week View as your preferred time entry view by going to the My Preferences area under the Personal tab.
This determines what page you are taken to when clicking the Personal tab and when standard users first login. New Report: Billing Detail by Person: This new report can be accessed from the Client and Job categories. The report is useful for a quick overview of billable hours and rates for specified jobs and clients. It also includes a breakdown of the hours completed by each person.
Main features:
- Export data - With just a few clicks of your mouse, you can export your data to an Excel, XML, or text file. These exports are found under the Miscellaneous heading in the Reports area.
- Divisions - Setting up divisions in your ClickTime account is a great way to report across different departments in your organization. Under the Company tab, click Divisions to get started.
- Incomplete time entry - Would you like to be able to see at a glance who has or hasnt filled out their timesheets? Would you like to send a reminder to the tardy employees with the click of a button? You can do it all with ClickTimes Incomplete Time Entry Report, found in the Timesheets area, under the Company tab.
- Desktop application - Its official -- our latest desktop application is a hit with our customers! Enter time with the desktop application with or without an internet connection. Its a life-saver for frequent travlers or those with slower internet connections.

Enhancements
- Job Estimation Improvements - You can now easily view and edit your estimates when you break down your job estimates by person. While editing an existing job, person, division or employment type, you can click the "Estimates" link to see estimates corresponding to that person, group or job.
- Client and Job Reporting - Weve made it easier to access reports for specific clients and jobs. Now when you go into the job or client detail page, clicking on the "Run Reports" section will provide you with quick access to all of your corresponding job and client reports. Clicking a report link will pre-select the client/job filter value for the chosen report.
- Web Services 2.2 (beta) - Weve made a new beta version of web services available. This new version includes support for sub-jobs as well as a few other minor changes. You can review whats new and how to upgrade to the beta version by reviewing the web services documentation. Version 2.1 of web services is still available, but we encourage developers to adopt the new version in anticipation of the final 2.2 release later this summer.
