Church Membership Keeper Basic is powerful church management software for Macintosh and Windows that allows churches to track vital information about members and their activities in the church.

It is a fully relational set of databases that include the ability to track attendance, adult and children as a family unit extended family, ministry involvement and giving. It is based on the FileMaker Pro architecture as a stand alone solution.

The software recognizes that churches have a diversity of people and you need to record unique information about them. CMK is flexible enough to allow you to keep records for individuals and yet cater to the whole family as a single unit. It includes relational databases which means ultimately the overall file size is smaller because only important information gets stored for each record without requiring a space consuming layout for each record in the database.

CMK tracks pledges and giving, children (including youth ministry), attendance, Prospects/Visitors, favorite songs and scripture passages (handy for planning special events and funerals), visitation, and private pastoral notes.
