The Fax database is designed to track all your correspondence with your customers. The purpose of Create-A-Fax is to use e-mail and send the fax cover sheet with attachments through the Internet (efax.com, jfax.com, etc...). Most fax machines do not print in color yet, so once the fax is opened by the customer it will show in all its glory.

If desired it can then be printed for distribution around the office, but will always be saved and never misplaced. You can also create sheets of business cards and add your text message about your company.

When you have a steady customer, its easier to do a find vendor first and use the duplicate command. This will keep the original customer info. (record history) and photos used when it creates a new record. All you have to do is just change the content of the message.
