Barcode Generator 1.0b8

Barcode Generator generates barcodes. It supports many of the common one dimensional linear barcodes including Code 39, Code 39 Extended, Code 128, Interleaved 2 of 5, Industrial 2 of 5, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-13, EAN-8, PostNet, Codabar, Modified Plessy (MSI), and Modified Plessy (Hex Variant).
Barcodes can be printed, copied to the clipboard or dragged to any other application that accepts PDF data from the Drag pasteboard. Barcodes can also be exported as TIFF, EPS or PDF files.

Enhancements:
- This version updates the Japanese localization and adds support for the Japan Post Barcode symbology,
- adds better captioning mechanism, especially for symbologies with a center "break" (UPC-A, EAN-13) (thanks again to Sato Akira for both of these).
- Fixes a bug with the width, height, and font-size controls where using the steppers caused the value to jump unexpectedly to the default values.
