iUI 0.30 Alpha 1 / 0.20 offers you a perfect and useful framework which consists of a JavaScript library, CSS, and images for developing iPhone webapps. It is the user Interface (UI) Library for Safari development on iPhone based on Joe Hewitt's iPhone navigation work.
Major Features:
- Create Navigational Menus and iPhone interfaces from standard HTML
- Use or knowledge of JavaScript is not required to create basic iPhone pages
- iUI can also handle phone orientation modifications.
- Provide a more "iPhone-like" experience to Web apps (on or off the iPhone)
Enhancements:
- CSS Transition or animation for the slide effect.
- Request to remove animation because its slow.
- Sliding too slow (Another smooth scroll patch using scrollTo is attached).
- Patch using webkit transition (didnt pass msgilligans testing).
- Hook to call add-ons when fragments are Ajax-loaded.
- This should enable some other interesting features as add-ons (script loading, etc).
