iPhoneModem is available for installation jailbreaked devices using Cydia package manager; to make connecting a one click task, you should also download the helper application available here.
On the Mac, iPhoneModem creates a WiFi network to be able to connect to your iPhone and automatically configures the network settings to use a Socks Proxy.
The iPhone will consider it to be a "Socks Proxy" and will effectively share the Internet Connection.
